Valerie Diane Knipple

Knipple, Valerie Diane, 79 of Johnstown, passed away April 2, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born November 29, 1939 in Johnstown. Daughter of John and Betty (Gibbons) Beatty. Preceded in death by parents, husband Ronald Knipple Sr. , son Blaze, grandson Matthew, and sister Joyce Deter. Survived by loving sons Ronald Knipple Jr ( Diane Olsavsky) and Danny Knipple ( Kimberly Wike) both of Johnstown , 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters Denise married to Ed Rummell - Johnstown, Darlene married to Bob Harbaugh - Lancaster, David Beatty married to Lou - Johnstown, Christy married to Rick Hershberger - Bedford, and Marsha and Liada Pudliner, numerous nieces and nephews, also beloved dog Rusty. Valerie worked as a supervisor at Laurel Technologies, she was a graduate of Johnstown High School, she loved to golf, travel and dining out. Valerie loved her family and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. " We love you Mom". Friends will be received 11 am to 1 pm Monday at Geisel Funeral Home - Johnstown. Funeral service will be held Monday at 1 pm. Private interment Oak Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations directly to the family.
