LOHR – Sharon Darnell (Clites), 75, of Johnstown, passed away March 14, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melva and Earl Clites; siblings, Ruby, Eva, Clinton, Mary, Linda, and Floyd; her husband, Oran “Jim” Lohr; son, Donald Lohr; and her beloved dog, Moochi. Sharon is survived by her son, James Lohr and his husband Bill May; granddaughter whom she lovingly raised, Ashley Lohr; favorite grandson, Kainen Shields; darling granddaughter, Courtney Lohr; special niece, Darla Clites; lifelong friend, Elaine Kurcin; and her inseparable cat, Puss. She is also survived by her sister, Alice; sister-in-law Louise Clites, brothers, Paul, married to Janet Clites and Rayford; and many loving nieces, nephews, and in-laws whom she adored. Sharon had a deep love for the simple things in life. She took great pride in her yard and could often be found tending to her garden. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, baking, collecting anything related to gnomes, and taking peaceful rides through the countryside. Most of all, Sharon cherished time at home and devoted her life to her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt who always put her children and grandchildren first, offering comfort, love, and care that can never be replaced. Sharon was kind, loving, and truly irreplaceable. She will be deeply missed and forever carried in the hearts of those who loved her. At Sharon’s request, no services will be held.
