Ruth Irene Mowery

Mowery, Ruth Irene (Berkhimer), 85, of Anderson, Indiana, formerly of Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 13th, 2016. Born on September 9th, 1930 in Johnstown, daughter of Arthur and Goldie Clark. Preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Orloskey Jr., her second husband, Robert H. Mowery and son, Raymond R. Mowery. She is survived by her 5 children Linda Orloskey, Mary Orloskey, Ruth Mowery, Marilyn Davis, Marlene Anderson, her 2 Step-children, Robert Mowery, Dawn "Susie" Ziesman, and countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ruth was an amazing woman. She was a beautiful person inside and out. Ruth loved sewing, cooking, baking, fishing, shopping, Monday Night Wrestling and her dog Zander. She loved a cold beer and all things sparkly. Ruth was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and she always spoke her mind. She will be greatly missed by all, but her memory will continue to live inside all of us. Friends will be received Saturday, 3p.m. until time of memorial service at 5p.m. at Geisel Funeral Home, Johnstown. Rev. Randy Bain Officiating.
