Robert S. Walters

WALTERS – Robert S., 75, Johnstown, passed away April 15, 2014, at Memorial Medical Center. Born May 15, 1938, in Johnstown, son of Stanley C. and Edith (Markham) Walters. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Marion; brothers, George, Kenneth, Donald and Harold Walters; and sisters, Hazel Horner, Marion McMillen and Diane Perrine. Survived by sisters-in-law, Elizabeth and Lorraine Walters; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Sally Fochtman. Member of St. John Gualbert Cathedral. A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired truck driver with 25 years of service. Friends and family will be received at a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Geisel Funeral Home, Johnstown, the Rev. Clarence Bridges, officiating. Private interment at Richland Cemetery.
