Bracken, Phyllis Rae - 88, Passed away July 15 at the Allegheny Lutheran Home. Born November 27, 1931 in Johnstown. Daughter of Carl and Gertrude (Birch) Uncapher. Preceded in death by parents, sister Betty Price and son Bruce Bracken. Survived by children Lynn (Nancy) Bracken and Judy (Jason) Claycomb both of Johnstown and Laura (Mike) Mesagano of Florida. She was the Grandmother of 5 and Great Grandmother of one. A special thank you to the Nurses and Aids at Allegheny Luthern Home and Interim Hospice. All of you are true angels. Friends received 4 pm up until the time of service at 6pm Friday at Geisel Funeral Home- Johnstown. Private interment.
