John W. Weeks

Weeks, John W. "Pap Pap" 61, of Johnstown passed away May 9, 2022 peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Born January 8, 1961 in Eustis Florida, son of Robert G and Dolores (Eck) Weeks. Preceded in death by parents, sister Bunny Lloyd, and brothers Wade and Robert Weeks. Survived by loving wife of 38 years the former Kathleen Lux, children Laura (David) Winder, Robert (Britney) Weeks, and Heather (Heather) Livingston. Grandchildren, Landon, Katie, Raleigh, Skylar, Cece, Nikolai, and Penelope. Also survived by sisters, Joanne Holman, Mary Smith and Debbie Romani. John was a proud Navy Veteran serving his country from 1979 to 1994 as a torpedoman TM1. He loved God, his family and country. He was known for his humor, an avid gamer, enjoyed playing his guitar and fishing. By request there will be no visitation, Funeral Mass 10am Tuesday May 17, 2022 at St. Patrick Catholic Church Very Rev. Matthew Baum celebrant with Military Honors by Conemaugh Valley Detachment #287. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude or St. Vincent DePaul.
