John Morris McDevitt, Jr

McDEVITT – John Morris Jr., 84, Moxham and Golden Living Center, passed away Feb. 17, 2015. Born May 13, 1930, in Johnstown, son of John Morris Sr. and Nellie (Kline) McDevitt. Preceded in death by parents; wife of more than 50 years, Katherine Roberta (Galbraith) McDevitt. Also preceded in death by brothers, Ronald, Robert and Gary. Survived by children, Ronald Clark, Martha Jane (Thomas), John David (Linda), Michael Seth (Trudy) and Mary Katherine (John). Also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He attended Homestead Avenue United Methodist Church. Retired from Gautier Division, Johnstown Plant, Bethlehem Steel Corp. Service will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment, Grandview Cemetery. The family is being served by Geisel Funeral Home, Johnstown
