Jane Allshouse

Allshouse, Jane - 79, of Somerset, passed away May 22, 2017, at Somerset Hospital. Born December 14, 1937, in Johnstown, daughter of Jennings Dewane and Olive Goldie (Peterman) Allshouse. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers Herbert A. Allshouse, Wilbert "Bill" Allshouse and Clement "Dean" Allshouse. Sisters, Eleanor Louise, Betty Lucille, infant sister, and Janet E. Mesaros; and two nieces. Survived by ten nieces and nephews. Jane was a member of Grove Ave United Methodist Church. She lived at Cambria Residential for over 35 years, and is the last surviving member of her immediate family. The family would like to thank the staff at Cambria Residential for the care and love they showed to Jane. Friends will be received Thursday from 10 a.m. up until the time of service at 11 a.m. at Geisel Funeral Home, Johnstown. Rev Debra Groeger officiating. Private interment St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Sagamore, PA.
