Gretna McCleester

McCleester, (Haer) -Gretna 85, of Geistown passed away peacefully surrounded by her family November 18, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 22, 1937 in Johnstown, daughter of Walter and June (Callihan) Meyer. Preceded in death by parents, and Husband George Haer. Survived by loving children, Susanne (Robert) Metroka, Leisa Zuccolotto, Steve (Kristy) Haer, Bill (Chrissy) Haer, Tammy (Mike) Haer. Grandchildren, Christina, Sherri, Travis, Dylan, Dalton, Samantha, Misty, Sheena, Jeremy, Steve Jr., Tony, Katie, Cale, Karissa, Katelynn, Adam, Sarah, and Nathan. Fifteen great-grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren. Also, sisters Marlene Snowden and Adrienne Kaufman. Gretna was a member of Homestead Ave United Methodist Church and worked for Bestform. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family. She was also known as an avid decorator for the holiday season. Friends will be received Tuesday from 1pm until time of service at 3pm at Geisel Funeral Home- Johnstown. Rev.
