Gloria Ross

Ross – Gloria, 95 of Johnstown passed away April 8, 2025, at Horizons Personal Care Center. Born October 12, 1929, in Johnstown, daughter of Frank and Helen (Noon) Berkebile Preceded in death by parents, husband Robert Ross, infant brother and sister Robert and Betty, brother Jack and wife Aileen Berkebile, sisters Mary Jane Berkebile and Sally Zamagias and husband Jim. Survived by loving children; Dave married to the former Kathleen Deter and John R. “JR” married to Beverly Wingard Sipes. Grandchildren Justin, Patrick and wife Jasmine, Jeffrey and wife Haley, Corbin and Fontana. Also survived by seven great – grandchildren. Gloria was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a lifelong member (95 years) of St. Patrick Catholic Church, and a member of the Elks Ladies Auxiliary. In her spare time, she enjoyed taking bus trips with her husband and children to the casinos and was a serious and avid BINGO player. But most importantly, was the love she had for her family especially her grandchildren. She would always support them by attending their various sporting events.  Friends will be received 3-8p.m. Friday at Geisel Funeral Home - Johnstown.
