93 of Johnstown passed away December 31, 2024, in the comfort of family. Born May 29, 1931 in Johnstown. Daughter of James and Hilda (Walls) Fyock. Preceded in death by parents, husband Daniel L. Craig Jr., daughter Carol Heinlein, son-in-law Ted Lucas, sister Dorothy, and brothers David and Roy. Survived by loving children Linda Gehman, David (Gerri) Craig, Laurie (Robert) Kessler, and Cindy Lucas. Grandchildren Stephanie Dwyer, Patrick Seifert, George Heinlein, Amanda (Heather) England, Nicole Kessler, Samantha (Evan) Monko, Corey (Monica) Lucas and Robert Jr. (Erin) Kessler. Great – grandchildren Alissa Dwyer and Caleb Lucas. Gene enjoyed reading and spending as much time as possible with her Grandchildren. She cherished her time with family and friends which was most important to her. Friends will be received on Friday Jan. 3, 2025 from 2-4pm and 6-8 pm at Geisel Funeral Home – Johnstown where funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday Jan. 4, 2025.
