Jurestovsky – Frank Samuel 70, of Middle Taylor passed away September 25, 2024 at Memorial Medical Center. Born April 26, 1954 in Johnstown son of Michael Sr. and Nancy (Slavich) Jurestovsky. Preceded in death by parents, brother William and sister Eleanor Jean. Survived by loving wife of 37 years Joanne M. (Beisel) Jurestovsky. Siblings Evelyn Joann, Katherine Janet, Michael Jr. and Nancy Roseann. Also Nieces Vanessa and Tracey and nephew Derek. Frank along with his brother Mike owned M and F Trucking and Sanitation. He enjoyed Western movies and shows. By request services will be private. Private interment Richland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute 200 Darragh St. Pittsburgh 15213 or The Johns Hopkins Hospital in care of Transplant Unit 1800 Orleans St. Baltimore MD 21287.
