Evelyn Sophia Schultz

SCHULTZ – Evelyn Sophia, 92, Richland Township, passed away Nov. 13, 2014, at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 16, 1922, in Dilltown, daughter of Charles and Sophia Glovak. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Carl, who died in 1983; sisters, Mary, Agatha, Agnes and Helen; and brothers, Joseph and John. Survived by loving sons, Daniel Schultz, married to the former Elizabeth Matzelevich, Reston, Va.; and Robert Schultz, Florida; and grandchildren, Adam and Megan Schultz. Evelyn was a member of St. Benedict’s Catholic Church, Richland. She will be sadly missed by her sons and grandchildren. Friends will be received from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Geisel Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at St. Benedict Catholic Church, the Rev. David Peles, officiating. Private interment at SS. Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville.
