Elwood "Woody" Harbaugh

Harbaugh, Elwood "Woody" , 64, of Tampa, FL formerly of Johnstown, passed away August 26, 2016 in Brandon after a short battle with cancer. Born December 12, 1951 in Johnstown. son of Ida and Elwood 'Peck" Harbaugh. Preceded in death by father. Survived by mother Ida, Johnstown; daughter Taylor Harbaugh, Tampa, FL; sisters Glenna Alt, Johnstown; Janet Pietron (Dave) Greensburg; Shirley Whetzel (Erik) Boswell; Susan Gojmerac (Larry) Johnstown; brothers Robert Harbaugh (Carol) Portage; and E. Wayne Harbaugh (Betty) Spottswood, NJ. grandchildren Jace and Mya. Numerous nieces and nephews. Woody was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers ,Penguins, and NASCAR. He was an avid woodworker, having made many replica houses and birdhouses. At Woody's request there will be no viewing. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday September 3, 2016 at Geisel Funeral Home , Johnstown. In lieu of flowers please make donations directly to the family.
