Miller, Dorothy L. "Lonie" , 82 of Richland passed away May 23, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center. Born August 12, 1933 in Johnstown, daughter of Arthur and Florence (Boring) James. Preceded in death by parents, husband James H. Miller (2011), great-grandsons; Anthony Barlup, and Preston Buchannan. Sisters; Florence, Mary, Emma. Brothers; Alfred, Arthur, Curtis, Russell, and Robert. Survived by these loving children; Louis married to the former Mary Claire Frankhouser, Rebecca married to Timothy Skibo, Shelly married to Richard McMillan, Janet married to William Thomas, Jimmy married to the former Penny Gritzer, Scott married to the former Dawn Vogel. 17 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Sister Ruth Garrity, all of Johnstown. Lonie loved the Steelers, Pirates, Penguins, golf and bingo. She loved her beloved dog Rosie. Her family was her life, she will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Geisel Funeral Home Johnstown, where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday. Entombment Richland Mausoleum.
