Donald E. Hoffman

Hoffman, Donald E. , 91 of Windber passed away January 6, 2022. Born June 6, 1930 in Johnstown son of Edward and Helen (Desch) Hoffman. Preceded in death by parents, wife Shirley Hoffman on November 12, 2021 great grandsons Logan Francis and Franklin Alexander Teplitza. Survived by children Curtis married to the former Sherri Carr, Cathi wife of Randy Hunter, and Christopher married to the former Dee Allen. Grandchildren Jeremy Teplitza married to Danielle, Brandi Teplitza, Brandon Hoffman, Shane Hoffman, Grace Edsall, Hope Edsall and Christopher "CJ" Hoffman. Great grandchildren Nathan and Damien Teplitza. Donald retired from Bethlehem Steel as an accountant. He enjoyed the outdoors, was a passionate hunter who was also involved in the Centennial Farms Gun Club. For many years he took care of the lawn for Johnstown R/C Club until he was 90. Friends will be received Friday from 1pm up until the time of service at 2pm at Geisel Funeral Johnstown. Private interment.
