Shaffer, Dolores A, 83. Went to be with the Lord July 2, 2019. Born June 20, 1936 in Johnstown. Daughter of Lemon "Slim" and Bessie (Yoder) Ott. Preceded in death by parents, daughter Donna Massucio, grandson; Jesse Zabala, infant grandsons; Douglas Zabala and James Zabala, and sister-in-law Beverly Ott. Survived by loving daughters; Debra (Donald) Moore, Johnstown, Diann (Daren) Fluke, Everett, Denise Cassick, Johnstown, Darlene (Richard) Sisco, Johnstown. Grandchildren, Amanda, Danny (Becky), Jimmy (Amber), Marcus (Stephanie), Kortni (Justin), Becky, Misty, Jason (Denise), Heather, Richard (Elizabeth), John (Danielle), Ryan (Amber), Jena (Artyom), Dennis (Gina) Kaela, Holly. Also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and brother Kenneth Ott. Dolores was a member of Conemaugh Church of the Brethren. She worked as a waitress at Eat'n Park, Richland for over 15 years. Dolores was always a loving caring mom and friend, who always put her family first. She loved the casinos, going to the beach, and just spending time with her family. She was truly and angel from God, she loved the Lord, and will be greatly missed. Friends will be received 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm Friday at Geisel Funeral Home-Johnstown, where funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday. Interment Richland Cemetery.
