Gates, Deborah,  67 of Johnstown passed away July 23, 2016 at home. Born September 7, 1948 in Johnstown. Daughter of Thomas and Joan (Caldwell-Stiffler) Decker. Preceded in death by her parents, step-father Harry Stiffler, and brother Robert Decker. Survived by loving son Richard D. Gates Jr. (Robin), Windber and loving daughter Penny Harris, Florida. Grandchildren Kayla Maddy (Joshua), Justin Gates, Robert, David, Anthony Harris, Lady and Monique Nash. 11 great-grandchildren. Sisters Pamela Zurenda, Nevada, Dawn Rotta, Arizona. 2 nephews and 1 niece. Companion of 38 years, Robert Evans. At Deborah's request, there will be no viewing or visitation.
