Connie Furfari

Furfari, Connie 69, of Johnstown, gained her angle wings after a four year battle with Alzheimer's, Wednesday February 19, 2020 surrounded by her family at LaurelWood Care Center. Born November 6, 1950 in Johnstown. Daughter of Manuel and Mary (Dias) Sandoval. Preceded in death by parents, sisters; Hope and Ida, brothers; Manuel, Victor and John. Survived by loving husband John Furfari, and these loving children; John (Kristy) Furfari, Chad (Pamela) Furfari, Shawn (Michelle) Furfari, Jessica (Greg) Costlow and Kayla Furfari. Grandchildren; Karielle, Karagin, Brayden, Mason, Abrielle, Loghan,Tucker, James and Jayce. Great grandchildren; Kayonna, Kaysin and Kaydren. Brothers Jim and Frank Sandoval. Connie was a caregiver for many years. She enjoyed cooking and family vacations to Myrtle Beach. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be greatly missed. Friends received 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Geisel Funeral Home-Johnstown. Funeral Service 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Oakland United Methodist Church. Rev. Randy Bain officiating. Private interment.
