Knipple, Barry W., 70, quietly left his home while holding hands with his wife on April 18, 2019 at 12:22am. Born April 2, 1949, the youngest son of Brennan and Anna Mary (Wilson) Knipple.
Preceded in death by parents, beloved son, Barry Jr. and big brother, Ron (Val). Survived by his lovingly devoted childhood sweetheart of 53 years, Pat. Daddy's little girl, Tracy, his pride and joy, Mick, and the best sons and daughters-in-laws one man could ever hope for: Joe, Jamie, Michelle, and Phil.
Brothers Bob (Bonnie), Ray (Bev), and roofing partner for over 40 years, Brennan "Bo" (Karen).
Nieces, nephews, and cousins galore. Affectionately remembering Pap because he refused to grow-up are his grandkids: Nicole (Cameron), Erin, Logan, Hope, Aliyah, Alivia, Tabytha, Kyler, and one bundle of great-grandness, Tyler. Always watched over us from the rooftops as a son in Knipple Construction and later as a partner in Knipple Brothers Roofing. Forever to watch over us from a higher place of comfort and peace. When not on the roof Barry could be found on the golf course with his golfing buddy, Pat, and ready to sing Elvis Presley for a willing audience. Arrangements by Geisel Funeral Home (huge thanks Jon) and private intermittent at Oak Cemetery. Kudos to Grane Hospice, especially Carly and Renee. You were a godsend. In lieu of flowers, gifts or donations, the family requests any photographs and your best memories of Barry brought to his memorial mass on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 11:00 am at St. Benedict's Church, Bedford Street. Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 10:45. Officiant, Father David Peles.
