Barbara A. Penrod

Penrod, Barbara A. , 86 of Berlin passed away September 23, 2023 at Meadow View Nursing Center. Born January 12, 1937 in Johnstown daughter of Victor Valentine Fulton and Anna Pearl (Linker) Mitchell. Preceded in death by parents, husband Charles E. Penrod who died in 1992, sister Elizabeth Wheeler, brothers Richard, Marvin and Walter Mitchell. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Barbara is survived by sister-in-law the former June V. Edmiston, Johnstown and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was a former member of the Moxham Lutheran Church and Grace Lutheran Church. Friends will be received Friday from 10:30 am until time of service at 11:30 am. At Geisel Funeral Home - Johnstown.
