Arthur Boring Jr.

Boring- Arthur Jr. 75 of Ferndale passed away March 30, 2025, at Memorial Medical Center.  Born August 22, 1949, in Johnstown, son of Arthur and Martha (Gagne) Boring Sr.  Preceded in death by parents, sister Yvonne Cramer and grandson Dakota Boring. Survived by loving children; Jennifer (John) Morris, James (Michelle) Boring, Tracy (Joby Bailey) Boring, Bobbie (William) Scherer, and Kimberly Boring. Also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Arthur served as Chief of Police for both Dale Borough and Ferndale. His passion was motorcycles and Corvettes, he belonged to the Flood City and Altoona Corvette Club, and was also an avid Dale Earnhardt and NASCAR fan.  He will be deeply missed by his family and Molly, his Jack Russel Terrier.
