Anita G. Price

Price, Anita G., 101 of Meadville, formerly of Ferndale, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2021 at the Meadville Medical Center. Born March 15, 1920 in Johnstown. Daughter of Michael and Helen (Gallo) Graziano. She married Norman J Price on July 28, 1944, celebrating nearly 67 years of marriage until his death in 2011. Mrs. Price was a proud graduate of the Johnstown High School Class of 1937 and the Seton Hill College Class of 1941. She taught at the former Joseph Johns Junior High School and was a founding member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her loving husband, parents, brother Anthony Graziano, sister Roseline Mikesic, and cousin Mary Jo Cannizzaro. Survivors include her sons Norman M. Price and his wife Mary Lynn, and David G. Price and his wife Susan, granddaughters Nicole Eliste and Lindsey Price, grandson Zachary Price, sister Joan Stralko, nieces Michele Maurer, Diane Orris and Roxanne Graziano, and nephews Frank Mikesic and Michael Graziano. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. She will be sadly missed by family and friends both old and new. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am Saturday at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Johnstown. Fr Peter Crowe officiating. Internment at Grandview Cemetery.
