Anita V. Meyer

Meyer, Anita V. , 96 of Geistown, passed away November 15, 2019 at Arbutus Park Manor in Richland. Born July 29, 1923 in Clarksburg, WV. Daughter of Harvey E. and Virginia (Reid) Beal. Preceded in death by parents, husband Russell E. (2006), grandson Andy Stager Jr., and sister Juanita Morris. Survived by loving daughters Anita Sue Stager and friend Bud Graham - Johnstown and Rebecca Lou married to Raymond Hill Sr. - Johnstown. Loving grandsons Russell Stager, Joseph Stager (Yvonne Weaver), Raymond Hill Jr. married to Bridget, and Ryan Hill married to Gina. 6 great granddaughters, 2 great grandsons, and 1 great great granddaughter. Also sister Kay Andrews (Edward) - Clarksburg, WV. Anita was a member of Homestead United Methodist Church and a graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School - Clarksburg WV. She was Number 1 Pirate's Fan. Friends will be received from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Tuesday at the Geisel Funeral Home - Johnstown. Funeral will be held at 11 am Wednesday at the funeral home. Rev, Carol Hickman officiating. Private interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Homestead United Methodist Church in Anita's honor.
